South Carolina now requires that patients be given the opportunity to review informed consent materials 24 hours in advance of an abortion appointment.  You can access these materials at the South Carolina Department of Health website.

IMPORTANT: At the Department of Health website, you must print and sign a form certifying that you have had the opportunity to review the materials.  This form prints with a time stamp that must be at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please bring the form with you to your appointment.  If you have trouble printing the form, please call the health center at 803-256-4908 (press 1 for the health center).
