20 Asheville, NC: Condom Couture - Fourth annual -  Local designers and artists will showcase their creative talents by constructing garments made from condoms in the most unique and fun runway show you'll ever see! Lisa Zahiya of Studio Zahiya will emcee our event and DJ Marley Carroll will provide music before, during, and after the show. Starts at 6 p.m. with sponsor reception.

27 Charlotte, NC: Condom Couture - Second annual -  Hosted by Caroline Renfro of FroShow Productions, Auction by Matt Olin of Creative Mornings Charlotte. Music by DJ Buckmaster & DJ Andy Kastanas and live music from Miami Dice.  
Special Performance by Bethann Phetamine. We'll have Go-Go Dancers, Stilt Walkers, Fire Twirlers, and more. Starts at 8 p.m.
27 West Columbia, SC: Joint Brunch with Young Democrats and Planned Parenthood.  Eve Stacey and Kathy Luchock will deliver remarks. Cafe Strudel,
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.


22  Raleigh, NC: Spring Forward: Celebrating Our ProvidersKeynote speaker, Dr. Willie Parker. Dr. Parker, a Harvard graduate, is chair-elect of the board of Physicians for Reproductive Health. Dr. Parker is outspoken and passionate about the need to improve access to comprehensive reproductive health care, including contraception, medically accurate sexual education, and abortion. Dr. Parker and his work have been presented in many national publications including The New York Times and Esquire Magazine. He will be featured prominently in TRAPPED, a documentary debuting at this year's Sundance Film Festival, about eroding abortion rights. Starts at 6 p.m. with a sponsor reception.

23  Wilmington, NC: Hibiscus: Celebrating Our Providers Keynote speaker, Dr. Willie Parker.  We will also use the occasion to thank our health center staff for their work everyday delivering on the promise of Care. No matter what. Starts at 6 p.m. with a sponsor reception.
31 Charleston, SC: Planned Parenthood Votes! Reception at Republic.


5  Charles Town, WV:  Planned Parenthood Votes! reception at a private donors home

12  Charlotte, NC: Planned Parenthood Votes! South Atlantic Reception - evening reception at private donor, Sandy Welton, home.  Amy Taylor, National Political Director for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Starts at 6 p.m. 

14  Columbia, SC: Barbara W. Moxon Public Policy Award Reception honoring Rachel Hodges.
17 Carrboro, NC: Ride for Choice -  Bikes, Beers, and Burgers.  54- and 24-mile options.  Ride begins at Par Cycles in Carrboro. After party at Open Eye Cafe. $60/rider, early bird sign-up discounts ends January 31. First 100 registrants receive Ride for Choice socks. Rides begin at 1 pm and 2 pm.

30 Fayetteville, NC: A League of Our Own - second annual Choice Affairs event. Bowling competition, silent auction, raffle, prizes, snacks and more.


15  Chapel Hill, NC: Winetasting and Antique Talk - Whitehall at the Villa, previously home to Villa Teo, hosts a wine tasting followed by a rare opportunity to learn from antique masters, David and Elizabeth Lindquist. As you learn and browse, you'll be treated to delicious appetizers lifted from the Villa Teo menu.  Bonus, buy anything that day and 25% of sales will benefit Planned Parenthood. Event starts at 4 p.m.



5  Chapel Hill, NC: Garden Party, Our fourth year at this amazing private garden with waterfalls, sculptures, and dragons.  Full Luau treatment this year. Event begins at 6:30 p.m.
