Our Health Center Doors Are Open To Everyone, No Matter Where They Live

You have the right to abortion care in our region. Abortion is still legal in Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Wyoming.

On July 25th, Chelsea's Fund and others filed suit to stop the Wyoming abortion ban from taking effect on July 27th. In response, the court has temporarily blocked the ban. Abortion remains legal in Wyoming at this time.

Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains provides safe, legal abortion care to our communities and anyone forced to travel here to access the care they deserve.

Your abortion is your business — and nobody else’s. If you are a patient traveling from out of state to access care here, you are safe here. We are here for you. It appears that other states’ bans cannot be enforced in our region

To get care, call 1–800–230-PLAN or make an appointment online. If you need to access abortion care, Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains staff can answer your questions and help you get the care you need.
