St. Lawrence County Public Health

St. Lawrence County Mental Health Clinic

The St. Lawrence County Mental Health Clinic provides outpatient mental health assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, psychiatric treatment/therapy, and support services to adults, children, adolescents, and their families who are affected by a mental illness and significant emotional disorders.

St. Lawrence Health - Behavioral Health

Transitional Living Services of Northern New York

"Transitional Living Services of Northern New York (TLS) is a private not-for-profit agency which was incorporated in 1977 to establish residential services for individuals in need of psychiatric, rehabilitative support who were unable to live independently in the community... provides services to children, adolescents and adults. TLS’ primary goal is to assist people to live in the least restrictive setting possible. This goal is accomplished through varying levels of support."

“Call for free and confidential community referral that connects callers with resources providing food, shelter, rent assistance, clothing, child care options and other types of community assistance. Trained referral specialists are multi-lingual and available to help individuals find the help they need.”

St. Lawrence County Department of Social Services

“Provides temporary assistance to eligible individuals and families to help them with their basic needs until they can become self-sufficient. Toward that end, we have employment programs and other supportive services such as day care so that people can find and maintain employment. We also administer programs which can assist people with their medical expenses and nutritional needs.”

St. Lawrence County Community Development Program
