Planned Parenthood of the North Country New York, Inc. provides the highest quality healthcare, education and advocacy to ensure the right and ability of all individuals to manage their own sexual and reproductive health.

Planned Parenthood is proud to offer affordable health care tailored to the needs of each individual. We offer a sliding fee scale, based on income, which can provide low-cost or no-cost care. We accept most insurances, including NYS Medicaid and Medicare, and we can enroll eligible patients in the Family Planning Benefit Program, which covers our services and supplies for two full years.
