Stop Domestic Violence through BHSN

"STOP Domestic Violence is the voice of victims and survivors. We are the catalyst for changing society to have zero tolerance for domestic violence. We do this by affecting public policy, increasing understanding of the impact of domestic violence, and providing programs and education that drive that change."

Clinton County Mental Health

The department is responsible for the planning, development and coordination of services in the fields of  chemical dependency, mental health, mental retardation and other developmental disabilities within the geographic boundaries of Clinton County.

Joint Counsil of Economic Opportunity 

JCEO is a private, not-for-profit human service agency that serves the residents of Clinton and Franklin Counties through its main administrative offices as well as 13 Community Outreach Centers and 10 Head Start Centers. All programs are based on JCEO’s mission to alleviate poverty through practical, timely, and innovative services that emphasize and develop problem-solving skills for people.

Child Care Coordinating Counsel of the North Country

"Children are our most important resource, and here at the Child Care Coordinating Council of the North Country, we believe that strong families create a strong community. Our part in this is to offer high quality, responsive and dynamic programs and services.

CCCCNC is a non profit agency working to support and strengthen families and child care professionals throughout the North County area."

Clinton County Youth Bureau

The mission of the Clinton County Youth Bureau is to promote positive youth development, strong families, and supportive communities. The purpose of the Youth Bureau is to establish, coordinate and maintain youth development, recreation and delinquency prevention programs throughout Clinton County for youth from birth to 21 years.

Clinton County Housing Assistance Program

The Clinton County Housing Assistance Program (CCHAP) is a non-profit organization that exists for the sole purpose of providing Clinton County residents with rental assistance. Women, Infants & Children (WIC)

North Country Center for Independence

The Mission of the North Country Center for Independence is to help people with disabilities to live more independent and productive lives, and promote better policies and community understanding of disability issues. NCCI serves people with disabilities, families, and the community on issues related to physical and mental disabilities. NCCI is led and staffed mostly by people with disabilities.
