Nurse Practitioner Program Alumni

Though our Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program has closed its doors, our commitment to education continues. Our graduates provide vital reproductive health care to thousands of women across the country. Today, we serve as a primary clinical education site for the University of Minnesota's School of Nursing.

Need a transcript?

Graduates from the Minnesota Nurse Practitioner Program can receive an official copy of their transcript for only $10.

Just email [email protected] or call 651-696-5538 and provide:

  • Name. (If your name has changed, also provide your name at the time of enrollment)
  • Mailing address, email, and phone number.
  • Year of graduation.
  • Name and mailing address of institution receiving your transcript

APRN Confirmation of Program Completion Requests

In 2014, Governor Dayton signed a bill that requires licensure for all Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) effective January 1, 2015. To become licensed, an APRN will be required to hold a current RN license and submit documentation of successful completion of an acceptable graduate APRN program and current certification as an APRN in a role and population focus.

Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota WHCNP Program Graduates may send their Verification of Program Completion documents to fax number 651-696-5553 or email [email protected]. Completed forms will be sent via USPS directly to the MN BON. A transcript is not required for this process.
