LeSure will lead PPMI’s cultural and organizational transformation

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Planned Parenthood of Michigan is thrilled to announce our new Chief Experience Officer (CXO) Selena LeSure. LeSure takes the helm of PPMI’s people, culture, and equity team effective February 6, 2023. LeSure’s expertise will help PPMI continue our drive toward continued cultural and organizational transformation, centering our team members, patients, and community at the heart of our mission.

LeSure brings a wealth of experience to her new role with PPMI with expertise in human resources, organizational development and culture, and employee experience and well-being. Most recently, LeSure served as the Chief Experience Officer for the Anixter Center in Chicago, where she led their Center of Excellence and also served as their Corporate Compliance Officer.

LeSure is not new to Michigan, having earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She also holds a masters degree in human resource management from the Keller Graduate School. She maintains both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and is a member of SHRM, HRMAC, and SSHRN. Previously, she served as Vice President of People at Aspire Chicago and Director of Human Resources & Administration for Student Affairs at Northwestern University.
