How to sign up

Sign up for MyChart when you call to make an appointment or the next time you visit a Planned Parenthood of Michigan health center. Our staff will issue you a link and activation code to get started.

If you already use MyChart, remember that you can’t access your medical records with PPMI MyChart without being invited by us.
