Where do I check-in?  There will be a designated registration area on the first floor of the museum, in the Visionary Village.  If you have not already indicated who will be attending the event with the ticket(s) you have purchased, please email the names to [email protected] or calling 410-752-1890.

To ensure an easy and speedy registration process, we are offering all guests a chance to pre-register. By filling out this simple form, you’ll be pre-registered for the Gala. All you will have to do on the 27th is check in with your name and a photo ID, instead of filling out this information at the door.

Do I have a ticket?  There are no paper tickets to this event.  We will have your information waiting for you at registration tables located at check-in. Volunteers will be at the entrance to help guide you there.

Where should I park?  Valet parking is available at the Museum, provided by Jay's Valet Service.  You may purchase valet services for $10 online or the night of the event.  In addition to valet parking, there are various metered street parking options in the vicinity.

Street parking:   metered parking on Key Highway and Covington Street.  With a couple of exceptions in front of the Ritz Carlton across from the AVAM, the restrictions are between 10 and 24 hours of time—more than you will need to enjoy the full gala!  In addition, the paid public lot at the Rusty Scupper is across the street on Key Highway.

Valet parking: Turn into the service road on Key Highway in front of AVAM.  You will see Valet signs.

What should I wear?  After-five business or cocktail attire.

What’s on the schedule for the evening?  The evening begins with an exclusive VIP Reception from 6:00 – 7:00pm for networking, cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres in the 3rd Floor Banquet Room VIP section.

The Main Event begins at 7:00pm in the Grand Ballroom and includes a charity raffle, silent auction, cocktails, passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres, live music, a photobooth and more.   We will have a variety of food options, including vegan, vegetarian, and Passover-safe.  The Main Program is scheduled from 7:30 – 8:00pm. 

There will be a silent auction opening during the VIP event that will continue onto the Main Event as well as a raffle to win two tickets to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in New York City.  Raffle tickets may be bought in advance or at the event.  Raffle tickets and payment for auction prizes are payable by cash, check, or credit card.  You may view the silent auction packages on our website.  

The silent auction closes and the raffle winner will be announced at 8:30. Silent auction checkout runs from 8:45-9:00 PM. You do not need to be present to win the raffle or silent auction.  If you are not present to take your silent auction winnings, you will be able to pick them up at the PPM Headquarters located at 330 North Howard St., Baltimore, MD 21201.

Are there tables and will there be a seated dinner?  There are tables but there is no seated dinner at the Gala.  Passed hors d'oeuvres are available during the VIP Reception from 6-7pm.  Heavy hors d'oeuvres are available throughout the Main Event from 7-9pm and there’s a full premium open bar throughout the evening.

Will there be media?  PPM’s photographers will be present to capture photos for our own promotional use. Media outlets are invited to attend.

Who else will attend?  This is our annual gathering of our strongest supporters, closest friends, elected officials, donors, staff, patients, and all those we work with to fulfill our mission: to provide quality, affordable healthcare to women and families regardless of their socio-economic means.  The event is open to ticket-holders only and we expect approximately 300 guests that night.
