Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio (PPGOH) is excited to announce we transitioned to the online patient portal MyChart on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. 

All PPGOH patients, new and existing, are encouraged to sign up for MyChart. Patients seeking telehealth (video-based visits) are required to sign up for MyChart prior to their Telehealth appointment.

While we transition to MyChart, you may encounter delays when trying to schedule appointments or access your information online. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we work to improve your patient experience.

What can MyChart do for you?

MyChart provides you with online access to your medical record. It can help you participate in your healthcare and communicate with your providers.

From MyChart, you can:

  • Schedule future appointments. 

    • Want an appointment sooner? Utilize the MyChart "Fast Pass" feature to join the wait list for a sooner appointment. If an appointment becomes available, you'll be notified via text or email and given the option to claim it. 

  • Review summaries of your previous appointments, including issues addressed during each visit, your vital signs, and tests or referrals that were ordered.
  • View your medications, including dosage information and instructions, and request a refill.
  • View new lab results, as well as trends over time.
  • Connect with your care team when you need us.
  • Pre-register and save time at your visit by completing necessary information in advance. 
  • View and pay medical bills. To view bills incurred before 10/28/2022, contact our billing department at: 1-800-589-3652. 

While we transition to MyChart, you may encounter delays when trying to schedule appointments or access your information online.  We sincerely appreciate your patience while we work to improve your patient experience.  

 

Bills incurred before 10/28/2022 will NOT be visible within MyChart but payment is still required. Please log into your existing portal now to pay your balance. 

If you are not signed up for a patient portal account with us currently or you cannot access your existing portal, please contact the PPGOH Billing Department at 1-800-589-3652 with any questions and/or to make a payment.  Our Billing Specialists will be able to inform you of any money that you may owe.
