Helping you stay healthy while you’re staying at home.

As we navigate these unusual times, we want to remind you that your care has always been our top priority. That’s why we have expanded our services to include Telehealth, a service to help patients access health care by phone or secure videoconferencing.

We know that reproductive and sexual health is essential to overall health, which is more important now than ever before. We know that despite social distancing guidelines people will continue to need reproductive and sexual health services such as condoms and contraceptives, STI testing, abortion and prenatal care.

Our telehealth services include many of the medical services we now offer but are done via phone or video while continuing to maintain patient privacy. Although we can provide some patient care through telehealth services, we know that it may still be necessary for us to provide care at our health centers. We have taken additional precautionary measures to keep our patients and staff safe:

  • We screen all staff and visitors entering one of our health centers by asking a series of questions and taking their temperatures prior to entry.
  • We conduct regularly scheduled cleaning and sanitizing of all door handles, light switches and seating.
  • We require all staff and visitors entering the building to wear a face mask.
  • Only patients are allowed in the waiting area (children, spouses or support people are not allowed to enter at this time).

Planned Parenthood of Delaware is committed to bringing you quality health care in the safest manner possible. Whether you are at home or in our health center, we will provide you with the best care  no matter what.

Appointments for all services, including telehealth must be scheduled over the phone so that we can screen patients and control the number of people entering our facilities.

Please call us at 1-(800) 230-PLAN if you have questions.

Stay healthy. Stay safe. Stay home.
