In the spirit of this policy, the PPCWNY affiliate has developed and will maintain a Workforce Diversity Plan, which summarizes our current progress and plans for ongoing improvement. 

The plan is designed to create and document meaningful objectives, which are geared towards continuing to improve our recruitment and retention practices leading to a diverse workforce able to serve our diverse client base. 

Execution of this plan requires that we take whatever action is necessary to attract and retain a qualified staff of men and women who represent all cultural and ethnic communities in the counties we serve. 

Our commitment to this policy requires that we audit and periodically provide a status report on the outcomes and effectiveness of this plan. 

This will be done by the Corporate Director of Employee Relations and Training. Each department head, manager and supervisor will be evaluated on the basis of his/her efforts to positively improve our Workforce Diversity Plan, as well as other performance criteria.
