Staff Giving

Thank you for considering a gift to support Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York, particularly during these challenging times. You know better than anyone how important your donation will be and what an impact it will have. Below are optional for ways for employees to give.

Ways to Give

Check

Send a personal or bank check, payable to PPCWNY. Please send check to Attn: Development, PPCWNY, 114 University Ave., Rochester, NY 14605. Please make sure that your name appears on the check, in addition to your signature to ensure that you are properly acknowledged for tax purposes.

Automatic Payroll Deduction

You can make a one-time gift or spread your contribution over the year with an automatic payroll deduction from your paycheck. Please sign and send a completed Employee Giving via Payroll Deduction form to the Development Department at [email protected]. Feel free to reach out with any questions as well.

Recurring Gift

Set up a recurring gift directly with the Development Office using a debit or credit card. Call the Development Office at ext. 1916 provide card information over the phone. Please DO NOT email your personal card information — it’s not secure.

PayPal

Make a gift through our PayPal account.

Electronic Funds Transfer

Make a one time or recurring gift through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and have your gift directly withdrawn from your checking or savings account.

If you use our website to make your gift, , Planned Parenthood Federation of America takes as much as 54.6% of your donation, and funds are released to PPCWNY at least three months later.
