FY23 Advocacy Highlights

  • 3,000 Abortion Care Packages for patients across our affiliate.
  • 45 advocates representing Central and Western New York in 9 meetings with elected representatives at the capitol. 
  • 288 hours of on-campus organizing from our three Planned Parenthood Generation Action clubs.
  • 15 community events where PPCWNY Public Affairs staff spoke, rallied, and addressed issues including Black maternal health, housing justice, racial justice, and abortion access.
  • 31 community partners engaged in collaborative efforts for social justice across our region.
