Resources and Reminders

December is HIV Awareness Month and December 1st was World AIDS Day. HIV can affect anyone, regardless of their sexual orientation, race, gender, or age. We must challenge misinformation, racism, homophobia, and transphobia to stop HIV stigma and end the HIV epidemic in the U.S.

December is Universal Human Rights Awareness Month! Join us in celebrating the anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Human Rights by the U.N. This declaration proclaimed the inalienable rights that everyone is entitled to as a human being -- regardless of race, religion, sex, language, or other status.

The PPCWNY offices and health centers will be closed Friday, December 23; Monday, December 26; and Monday, January 2. Happy holidays to you and your loved ones!
