On Friday, April 21, the Supreme Court granted a request from the Biden Administration to leave in place the FDA’s approval of mifepristone, one of the two drugs most commonly used in medication abortion in the United States. Access to mifepristone will be preserved while legal proceedings continue, and PPCWNY will provide medication abortion using a mifepristone and misoprostol protocol until further notice.
