PP Direct Relaunches “Spot On” Period Tracker App

Planned Parenthood Direct has relaunched the period tracker app Spot On. Now available in iOS and Android app stores, the platform allows users to track their period, fertility, and birth control method and receive reminders for doctor appointments.

PP Direct collaborated with Planned Parenthood Federation of America and a development vendor to equip Spot On with faster, more intuitive tracking, and empower users by putting them in control of their data. Other new functions include complete anonymity (all data is stored in users’ own cloud backup); simplified onboarding and birth control tracking; and the added ability to set a birth control renewal reminder. Spot On’s core functionality remains the same and it continues to be free to use, gender neutral, and available in English and Spanish.

If you use Spot On and have thoughts to share, PP Direct is encouraging feedback be submitted through the app’s Account tab.
