Our mission and values

Our mission is to provide, protect and support reproductive and sexual health, services, access and rights.

Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri has been the leading provider, educator and protector of reproductive health care in St. Louis and Southwest Missouri for over 85 years.

We are proud to provide high-quality sexual and reproductive health care to our community. We operate nine health centers that serve people of all identities, and we care for patients with or without insurance.

Benefits for full time employees

Insurance

Health insurance:

  • Starts on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.  Example: If start date is March 15, first date of insurance is May 1.
  • Three health care options are offered: $2500 deductible, $3000 deductible, and $5000 deductible. 
  • Health care premiums are tiered for employees, based on annual rate of pay.


Vision insurance:

  • Starts on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.  Example: If start date is March 15, first date of insurance is May 1.


Dental insurance:

Our hiring process

  2. If your application matches the qualifications of the position, a member of our human resources team will contact you via email and schedule a brief phone screen.
  3. Upon a satisfactory phone screen, the hiring manager will contact you to schedule an interview.
  4. Additional interviews and/or shadowing may be scheduled during the interview process, depending on the role.
  5. Human resources will ask you to complete an employment application and consent for a background check.
