All you have to do is create your confidential account, and you can use our online appointment requestor to request an appointment at one of our health centers. 
Requests are taken for non-urgent services only and abortion services are not available through the online requestor.  A request is NOT a scheduled appointment.  Staff will respond within 48 hours of your request to either confirm your request or suggest another appointment time.
