Self-care looks different for everyone. The heaviness of pandemic life, coupled with nonstop attacks on our bodies and our rights are heightened for many people of color. That's why Planned Parenthood is proud to present TONE — a series of self-care playlists created especially for Black and Latino folks by Black and Latino folks. Start listening to TONE Volume One today

TONE Volume One is a collaboration with Refinery 29/Unbothered. It invites Black women and nonbinary people to reset, reflect, and Be Seen with a collection of culturally relevant meditations, visualizations, affirmations, and words of self-care wisdom. Both a wellness tool and an extension of Planned Parenthood's Be Seen brand campaign, TONE connects self-care to sexual health care and helps ease the burnout that we all feel in this moment.

Stay tuned. TONE Volume Two, made in partnership with Refinery29/Somos specifically for the Latino community, is coming soon.
