Vickie Barrow-Klein is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), Planned Parenthood Action Fund, and its subsidiaries. She leads the operations division. Previously, Vickie spent more than 25 years in the international development nonprofit sector, working in complex federated organizations at a global scale. She prides herself on mentoring and leading change management. She has a proven track record of providing strategic direction and oversight. 

Vickie was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Management Sciences for Health, an international public health organization. She also served as chief financial officer for CARE USA and Save the Children Federation. She serves on the board of the Global Health Council, a coalition of international leaders devoted to advancing global health priorities. Vickie has a BS from George Washington University and an MBA from George Mason University.
