Mission + Vision

The Sexual Health and Responsible Education Institute (SHARE) offers programming that promotes and embraces sexuality as an essential, lifelong aspect of being human, and empowers individuals to make healthy choices. This holistic and sex positive approach underscores the work that we do and our education program offerings. We are the trusted "go-to" resource for sex education that improves the lives of youth, parents, families, and communities through evidenced-informed, inclusive, up-to-date, and culturally relevant education and training.

Our vision is to create health equity for Arizona youth through improved access to high-quality sexuality education and building supportive family and community connections that encourage holistic health promoting behaviors. The SHARE Institute believes that sexuality education is a human right.

Collaborative Staff Bio

The education team at the SHARE Institute are recognized statewide for their expertise and skill in sexuality education. The team's expertise in working with diverse populations spans the continuum from high-risk youth to youth-serving professionals and caregivers. This expertise strengthens our capacity and collective talent as curriculum trainers, parent educators, and as a trusted resource for professionals who work with youth in community settings and want to be "askable" adults.
