What is a Planned Parenthood Virtual Visit?

Planned Parenthood telehealth offers an easy convenient way to access high quality compassionate care through virtual visits. A virtual visit is a lot like going to an in-person appointment, except your health care provider will meet with you using a private, secure video system. You can use a mobile phone, tablet, or computer for your virtual visit.

During your telemed appointment, the provider won’t be able to do a “hands-on” physical exam, and you will not be asked to get undressed. If the provider determines that you need a physical exam, they will help you schedule an in-person appointment as a next step.
