Growing Up Comes First (GUCF)
An age appropriate, medically accurate maturation program for 9 – 12 year olds and their parents or caregivers. GUCF teaches about the mental, physical and cognitive changes of puberty. Five lessons cover three main topics: Puberty Changes, Communication and Boundaries, and Body Image and the Media.
One time workshops or a series of four classes designed to support parents in their role as primary sexuality educator for their children. The program focuses on communication skills, values clarification, adolescent development and building sexual and reproductive health knowledge.
Be Smart, Be Safe, Be You
Classes offered in a onetime workshop or series of up to eight sessions. The program utilizes active learning strategies to build decision making skills, improve sexual health knowledge and inform youth of community resources.
Adult Healthy Sexuality
One time workshops and series offer ways to improve sexual health knowledge, better communicate with a partner, and promote responsible and healthy behavior.
