Teen Mom Strong

Teen Mom Strong is:

A free support group for pregnant and parenting teens, providing a safe space for teens to learn how to be the person and parent they want to be.

  • Since 2011, over 120 participants enrolled in our pregnant and parenting support and educational group.
  • From 2015 to 2018, 95% of group members have graduated with a high school diploma early or on time.
  • Compared to their peers in Utah who are not in the program, our members enroll in schooling and paths to employment at far higher rates.

Who can join Teen Mom Strong?

Pregnant and parenting teens age 19 or younger who want to:

  • Finish high school (or GED) and pursue higher education
  • Give and get support in a community of teen moms
  • Commit to at least one year of participation
  • Follow group rules about attendance, behavior, sharing, and providing support for other members
