Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood Announces New Health Center Hours

(Albany/October 22, 2013) Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood (UHPP) has announced new hours for the agency’s three health centers in Albany, Hudson and Troy.  Of particular interest to patients, the Albany center has expanded walk in hours and Saturday hours, and the Hudson health center, open on Wednesdays and Thursdays, will no longer be closed at lunch time. Albany and Troy centers will be opening later—at 10:30am—most days of the week and both centers are open until 7:30pm on Tuesdays. The Albany teen drop-in clinic continues to take place on Tuesday afternoons.

“We are constantly striving to staff our health centers to best accommodate the needs of our patients, “ said UHPP Vice President for Patient Services Christine Pluviose. “These changes are designed to reduce patient wait times and to concentrate staffing during those hours when patient demand is highest.”

The hours can be found on the agency’s web site at www.uhpp.org. Patients can make an appointment by calling 518 4345678 or 1-800-230-PLAN during health center hours.
