Planned Parenthood Greater Memphis Region will be providing free HIV testing and prevention counseling during Christ Community Baptist Church’s Faith and AIDS Conference on Saturday, December 1, 2012.

What: Free HIV testing at the Faith and AIDS Conference
Where: Christ Community Baptist Church, 480-494 S. Parkway E. Memphis
When: From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Planned Parenthood’s free confidential HIV testing and prevention counseling will be available to both conference attendees and the general public.

The Faith and AIDS Conference begins at 8:30 a.m. with a community breakfast in the church’s Fellowship Hall; workshops will follow, starting at 10:30 a.m. and at 11:30 a.m., the documentary The Gospel of Healing will be shown in the church’s main sanctuary.

The Faith and AIDS Conference is free. To register, go to http://faithandaids.eventbrite.com or call Christ Missionary Baptist Church at 901-948-9786. Co-sponsors of the conference are St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis Ryan White Program and Mid-South AIDS Fund.
