Free community HIV counseling and testing provides many benefits to our community. Men and women who know their HIV status can better protect themselves and their partners from the virus that causes AIDS. Early and frequent testing for HIV also allows HIV-positive individuals to begin viral suppressive treatments sooner, which can let lead longer and healthier lives.   No appointment is needed for Planned Parenthood’s HIV testing and prevention counseling services at any of its testing locations.
