Women's Leadership Circle

The Women’s Leadership Circle is a group of philanthropic supporters dedicated to advancing the conversation about reproductive health care and education nationally, and openly supporting Planned Parenthood locally. Collectively, the members share a strong commitment to ensuring that all women of future generations are empowered to shape their own lives and futures. Members donate a minimum of $1,000 annually, and are invited to exclusive social, educational, and advocacy events throughout the year.

The unrestricted funds raised through the WLC Membership program provide, protect, and support reproductive and sexual health, services, access and rights.

Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope

You're invited to a special evening at The Black Rep on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019 at the Edison Theatre. Join us for their 43rd season opener, "Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope," with a panel discussion featuring our Chief Medical Officer immediately following the performance.

This season encompasses civil rights, identity and soul. The acclaimed musical, first performed in 1971, delivers poignant social commentary weaved into an unbroken cycle of high-energy feel-good song and dance numbers that fuse gospel with jazz, soul and calypso.

Tickets are $30 and available for purchase online. Tickets will be available for pickup at 5 p.m. on September 4.

Annual Luncheon

For over a century, Planned Parenthood has fought to provide expert reproductive and sexual health care and education to the nation. Locally, our champions of the Women’s Leadership Circle host an annual fundraising luncheon to support Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri. This event raises funds to ensure every patient in the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri receives contraception, cancer screenings, vaccines, STI testing and treatment, and other critical services regardless of income. Won’t you join the effort to secure the necessary funds to provide care, no matter what?
