Planned Parenthood provides you with compassionate, expert care while making sure that your ability to pay is never a barrier to getting the sexual and reproductive health care services you need.
If you have health insurance, that's great. Our services are covered under many policies, including many of those available through the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) Marketplace. However, you should contact your health insurance company directly to confirm that the services you are interested in are covered, and what if any, out-of-pocket costs you are required to pay.
At this time Planned Parenthood cannot accept:
In Southwest Missouri, Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO and PPO plans (including ACA plans)
We accept Anthem at our St. Louis sites only
Need Health Insurance?
If you need health insurance, then consider applying through the marketplace at Planned Parenthood. Our Marketplace Experts provide one-on-one help with enrollment and can answer any questions about insurance or the process.
Missouri Care patients may be eligible for certain rewards depending on the health services they receive. For more information and to start earning rewards, call Missouri Care Member Services at 1-800-322-6027.
Other Forms of Payment
Planned Parenthood accepts cash, checks and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). We can also work with you to arrange a payment plan for many of our services.

Financial assistance is available at Planned Parenthood. Eligibility is determined by a variety of factors including income, insurance status and programs available at your local Planned Parenthood health center.
