The Spot serves youth ages 13 to 24 years by providing free STI testing and treatment, mental health counseling and much more.

Their mission is to serve and strengthen the St. Louis LGBTQIA+ community—by providing an empathetic listening ear, by connecting callers safely and reliably to LGBTQIA-affirming resources, and by increasing the visibility of LGBTQIA+ concerns, needs, and resources in the St. Louis MO-IL Metro Area.
Behavioral Health Response provides free confidential telephone counseling to people in mental health crises as well as mobile outreach services, community referral services and critical incident stress management (CISM). The professional staff have masters degrees in their respective behavioral science disciplines.
Afrosexology is a resource that helps people explore and expand their relationship to pleasure through education, exploration, and reclamation.
MTUG provides social and emotional resources to the local transgender and gender expansive community including bus passes, free STI testing, food pantry, clothing resources, and support groups. They are also our partners in TRANSforming Community, TRANSforming Care, an innovate program designed by and for the trans and non-binary community and extends gender affirming care to all Planned Parenthood locations in the St. Louis region, Springfield, and Joplin.
