Who’s LIT?

LIT (Leaders. Influencing. Transformation.) is a new advocacy group at Planned Parenthood. These young adults are upcoming LEADERS, activists and philanthropists who are interested in becoming advocates for reproductive rights. They care about the racial and social justice issues that intersect in our communities and they want to be included in the experiences that create positive outcomes throughout Planned Parenthood and beyond.

These leaders INFLUENCE by serving others through civic engagement, volunteering and by encouraging others to support and do the same.

Most importantly, LIT members TRANSFORM lives with their financial support, through visions that empower and inspire change and through outlooks that embrace all people.

LIT Members Receive:

  • Insider info, including quarterly updates from our CEO Kersha Deibel
  • Mentorship opportunities with the Planned Parenthood Board of Directors
  • Alerts, updates and invitations to Planned Parenthood events and exclusive LIT events
  • LIT members work exclusively with community organizers on internal and external projects
  • Access to education and trainings, such as Choice Words events, discounted SexEd Mini Sessions and more!
