One-on-One Education Sessions

Our one-on-one program allows you, your teen or a partner to meet with a health educator individually.

Let's Talk! A Program for Parents and Caregivers

Teens rank parents as the #1 influence on their sexual decisions- whether or not they ask! Let’s Talk! helps parents turn their values and beliefs about sex into conversations their families need. Parents will receive tips, tools, resources and the confidence and competency they need to help facilitate a conversation about sexual health with their children.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers!

Relationships that are built on trust, communication and respect are the most likely to have a positive impact on young people’s lives. Young people who feel connected to the adults that care for them will have an easier time communicating about important topics like puberty and sexuality. This retreat will enable young people (ages 10-13) and their caregivers to discuss the physical and emotional changes of puberty, more effectively build trust and communication, share experiences and increase understanding of each other. This retreat is designed to enhance parent-child connectedness—characterized by the quality of the emotional bond between a child and their caregiver—that is mutual and sustained over time.
