Q&A

How do I know if I qualify?

If you do not have insurance, or your insurance does not cover the total cost of your birth control you qualify. It's that simple.

How do I get the funding?

Make an appointment at our Tampa, North Tampa, St. Petersburg or Sarasota health center.

  • If you make your appointment online, make sure you mention that you’re interested in the Access Fund covering the cost of your appointment when you are taken to the exam room.

  • If you call to make your appointment, you can ask the representative scheduling you about the Access Fund.

If I don’t like the new birth control method I chose, what do I do?

Don’t worry, just make a follow-up appointment to discuss your concerns with one of our providers. Please inform our staff during scheduling or at the time of appointment that you will be utilizing the Access Fund to cover the cost again.

When will funding be available in other areas?

Currently, we do not have funding available in other areas. If funding does become available, we will update this webpage to reflect the most up to date information.
