Dr. Leana Wen, President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), Amanda Skinner, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Southern New England (PPSNE), Senator Melissa Murray, Chairwoman Anastasia Williams, and Dr. Beth Cronin of the RI Section of ACOG.
Dr. Leana Wen and Amanda Skinner join elected officials, health care providers, and members of the Rhode Island Coalition for Reproductive Freedom to urge the passage of The Reproductive Health Care Act (RHCA), RI S152A, which codifies the right to safe, legal abortion— as guaranteed by Supreme Court decisions—into Rhode Island state law. The event will include statements, Q&A, and the opportunity to meet and greet Dr. Wen, the new President of PPFA.
