Clinician (Nurse Practitioner):
The Clinician will function in an expanded role in the provision of reproductive health care for women and men. Job duties include, under written Standing Orders of the Medical Director, performing and supervising medical aspects of patient care in contraceptive center in accordance with PPSP Standing Orders and policies and procedures.
Candidates must be licensed or certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Pennsylvania with training in a recognized program or its equivalent; must have experience in reproductive health care including STD’s, contraception, pregnancy sizing and options, counseling experience is essential, and experience in male examination is desirable. Malpractice coverage assumed by clinician if individual coverage required by the State. Our available full-time, part-time, floater, and on-call (per diem or as needed) positions are listed below by location:
- Upper Darby Health Center, Delaware County – part-time, 7 hour/week position on Saturday

Health Center Assistant:

- Elizabeth Blackwell Health Center at Locust Street (EBLO), Center City – full-time, benefits eligible, 35 hour/week position. (MA required)
- Norristown Health Center (NOHC), Montgomery County – part-time, 17 hour/week position on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. [MA preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.]

Institutional Giving Officer (Fundraising):
Are you passionate about protecting access to high-quality health care services and information for women, men and teens? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? If so, consider joining our team as an Institutional Giving Officer, with high-level responsibilities for all aspects of PPSP’s foundation, government, corporate and organizational fundraising, including the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of institutional donors and prospects, with an emphasis on securing and renewing gifts of $5,000 and above. This is a part-time (21 hours/week) position, expected to continue for at least one year.
You must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in fundraising; an emphasis on grant writing and institutional relations required; highly-developed skills in communication, customer service, organization and time/task management; and proficiency in Microsoft office applications and one or more fundraising databases.
Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania (PPSP) is the local affiliate of the country’s leading sexual and reproductive health care advocate and provider. PPSP operates 10 health centers throughout Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties and provides education and advocacy services throughout our service area.

Our capacity to host students is limited by our available staff and our patients' needs. At this time, Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania provides clinical placements for medical residents and medical fellows only. Until further notice, we are not providing clinical placements for nursing students (including advanced practice) or externships for medical assistants.
