June Volunteer Action Night

phone-bank.JPG

In the last four years, more than 30 bills have been introduced in the Florida Legislature to restrict a woman's ability to make her own personal medical decisions. Rather than focusing on the real problems Floridians face, politicians in Tallahassee choose to interfere in our personal medical decisions and restrict our access to care. We need a stronger system so women, men, and families all have access to the health care they need. We know that when women are healthy, families and communities are stronger.

Will you stand with Planned Parenthood and become a volunteer? Volunteer opportunities are exciting and are a great way to give back to Planned Parenthood. Join us on Wednesday, June 18th at 6pm for our monthly volunteer action night! You'll get the opportunity to phone bank and engage in other volunteer activities!

Planned Parenthood is looking for phone bankers! We need your help to call registered voters to discuss issues we're facing in the upcoming election. From health care to education to the economy, a lot is at stake in the November 4th election (and don't forget the Primary on August 26!) and it's important that people receive the information necessary to exercise their right to vote.
