Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority. In an effort to limit the spread of the virus here is what we're doing.

Our Response To COVID-19

You may be feeling concerned because of COVID-19 (coronavirus). Our patients, visitors, and staff are our highest priority. We are in close communication with various agencies and organizations to stay on top of the evolving COVID-19 situation.

To help control the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are conducting enhanced screening for patients and health center guests, and adjusting our available services to focus on urgent and time-sensitive healthcare needs.
Your visit will need to be postponed if you:

  1. Have a fever, cough or shortness of breath

  2. Have been in contact with someone who has these symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19

  3. Have traveled outside of the US or out of state in the last 14 days

To reduce potential exposures to COVID-19, we are also changing who is allowed to accompany patients to appointments:

  • In an effort to keep everyone safe, please do NOT bring additional people (including children) with you to the health center for your visit.

  • To support social distancing, we are asking that all patients bring a cell phone to their visit – we may conduct the interview/education portion of your visit by phone while you are in your car.

Telehealth

We have expanded our telehealth capabilities to provide you even more options when getting care.  Our health centers can now offer birth control prescriptions and refills, GAHT prescription refills, diagnosis and treatment of some STIs and other non-urgent appointments through video chats and the telephone.
