We are proud to serve our trans and non-binary patients with their gender-affirming and sexual health care needs. Our Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy (GAHT) options include :

• Feminizing Hormone Therapy with estrogen, androgen blockers, and progesterone.
• Masculinizing Hormone Therapy with testosterone
• Gender-affirming hormone therapy is individualized and flexible, based upon the goals and needs of each patient.

Appointments, Prescriptions, and Costs

Appointments for services can be scheduled directly with our highly trained and compassionate Vienna health care staff at (304) 295-3331 or online at www.ppsat.org. Our staff will help you figure out costs and payment options when you call. We bill insurance but can also help you explore alternative payment options if you prefer.

If you are already being seen by a medical provider for hormone therapy but wish to transfer your care to Planned Parenthood, you can do that during your appointment. We do not require a letter from a mental health provider to initiate hormone therapy and provide written hormone prescriptions for our patients to fill at the pharmacy of their choice.

PPSAT is able to provide gender affirming hormone therapy for minors with parental consent on a case-by-case basis. Our health care staff can provide more details on our services for minors.
