Abortion is a safe, simple procedure that can be performed by a clinician in a Planned Parenthood health center.

Learn More

We're working to expand access to safe, legal abortion.

If you live in Colorado or New Mexico, you could be eligible to receive the abortion pill by mail by participating in the TelAbortion research study.

TelAbortion involves all the same steps as a medication abortion that happens inside a health center except you do not have to travel to Planned Parenthood. TelAbortion may be an option up to 10 weeks of pregnancy.

TelAbortion study participants can obtain necessary medical tests (which may include an ultrasound, pelvic exam, and/or blood test) at a health facility close to them, have a video consultation with a Planned Parenthood provider, and then receive the abortion medication in the mail.

If you are interested in the TelAbortion option, contact our research team at (303) 813-7712.

Abortion Funding

If you need help paying for an abortion, please let us know. We can discuss payment options and may be able to offer financial assistance.

The Justice Fund

Thanks to an anonymous donor, the Justice Fund exists for individuals who need help paying for an abortion at Planned Parenthood. When you make your appointment, our staff will ask you some questions to determine if you qualify for financial assistance from the Justice Fund.

The Wyoming Abortion Fund

If you live in Wyoming and need help paying for an abortion, the Wyoming Abortion Fund may be able to help you. To learn if you qualify for funding, call our private, toll-free hotline at 1.866.372.7526.

If you're eligible for funding, the Wyoming Abortion Fund may pay a portion of the total cost of the procedure and/or other expenses and will reimburse the provider directly for their services. You can choose any abortion provider in any state, including (but not limited to) Planned Parenthood.
