Leading Pasadena Organizations Band Together to Mobilize and Defend Abortion and Reproductive Rights

Pasadena, Calif.  Planned Parenthood Pasadena & San Gabriel Valley (PPPSGV) and numerous community partners are holding Caravan for Choice on Saturday, October 2nd, in partnership with the Women's March National call to rally for abortion justice. Community members and supporters are encouraged to join a Covid-19-safe parade and the national movement to protect abortion access. Abortion access has been slowly stripped away for years. At PPPSGV, we've seen people driving hundreds of miles to be able to access the health care services they need. Earlier this month S.B. 8, a vicious Texas law that nearly restricts all abortion access, went into effect. The Women's March declared October 2nd as the day to mobilize and defend reproductive rights nationally. The movement is at a crucial moment, so supporters are invited to join the Caravan for Choice in ensuring abortion is safe and accessible for everyone.
