You Made it All Possible

We’re excited to share our 2019-2020 Annual Report with you. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished throughout this challenging year—and grateful to you, our incredible supporters who made it all possible.
We successfully launched our telehealth program so we could continue providing care to our patients—some of whom lost jobs, health insurance, or reliable transportation—from the comfort and safety of their homes. And we’ve since provided care at more than 10,000 telehealth visits! In the face of an unprecedented year, we continued providing essential healthcare to our patients by working hard to keep our doors open and protect the heroes in our health centers.
This year we opened two new health centers, and continued to expand the services we provide so we can care for those hardest hit in our country and in our local community. It’s all thanks to you!
We hope you will enjoy reading more about all that we accomplished this year, thanks to you. And we thank you for standing with us as we look ahead to building brighter futures for our patients.
