Do you stand with Planned Parenthood in feeling outraged about threats to abortion access in our country? Now is the time to unite and fight together. Join our movement.

Planned Parenthood Pasadena & San Gabriel Valley (PPPSGV) is joining organizations from across the country for a Bans Off Our Bodies day of action on Saturday, May 14th, to raise awareness on the threats to our constitutional right to abortion and to stand in support of reproductive freedom across the country. Thousands of people are rallying nationwide to fight for abortion rights and the freedom to make our own decisions about our bodies and our futures.

WHAT: Join Planned Parenthood Pasadena & San Gabriel Valley, and local partner organizations - IndivisibleSGV LBGTQ Center, and Civic Sunday - for a pre-rally in Pasadena. We’ll be hosting a short speaking program and passing out FREE swag, then encouraging people to meet us in Downtown Los Angeles for the Bans Off Our Bodies rally (RSVP for more information on the exact meeting spot).

WHEN: Saturday, May 14th from 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.

WHERE: Pasadena City Hall (100 Garfield Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101)

RSVP: For more information, register at bit.ly/bansoffourbodiesrally and follow us on Instagram @PPPSGV.

We have a long fight ahead of us. But I want to make it clear that abortion is still a constitutional right protected by the federal and California state constitutions – nothing has changed. Even if this decision becomes final at some point in the future, California’s laws will continue to protect the right to abortion. And PPPSGV is committed to providing abortion services, and actively working to expand abortion access to support anyone looking to get an abortion. We’ll continue to offer abortion services in our health centers no matter what the U.S. Supreme Court decides in the coming months.

Right now is the time to make your voice heard and stand with us. I hope to see you on Saturday!
