After a fire occurred at our Imperial Valley Homan Center in El Centro on August 15, 2023, we are unable to see patients at this location. We can still provide all services including abortion at 18 other health centers in San Diego and Riverside counties.
We are also continuing to provide gender-affirming care through telehealth.
