Planned Parenthood volunteers, staff, and supporters showed their PRIDE at the San Diego Pride Parade celebrating Stonewall 50: Legacy of Liberation. We also announced to the public the launch of our Transgender Health Services! Planned Parenthood is proud to be part of the LGBTQ community: Many of our patients, staff, volunteers, and supporters are gay, lesbian, transgender, and bisexual people. And we share a fundamental belief that all people should have equal rights, including access to health care.

Over 150 volunteers distributed 20,000 condoms, dental dams, internal condoms, and stickers while others held signs and danced their way through the crowd. Music was provided by DJ Latina. Thank you so much to everyone who helped — whether it was making posters for the big day or participating in the event. We hope you had a blast!
