Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest is proud to use our resources and platforms to lift up Black-led, anti-racist, and social justice–focused organizations in our region. Below is a summary of some of the great work being done by our community partners along with resources to learn more!

The Calexico Wellness Center is a non-profit community clinic that recognizes the concerns of Calexico patients. They believe justice is attained through community empowerment, organizing, and advocacy to protect public health. Their broad grassroots efforts create a just society and foster a healthy and a sustainable quality of life. To learn more and to donate visit cwchealth.org.

Black Womxn Deserve is a mutual aid fund launched by March for Black Womxn San Diego that provides direct financial assistance to Black Womxn, femmes, trans and non-binary folx in need, primarily in the San Diego area. This fund was created with the knowledge that Black Womxn, femmes, trans and non-binary folx are the populations that are the most impacted by systemic racism and the first to be left behind during the COVID-19 crisis.
