The Parker Foundation has offered to match any new or renewed* gifts designated to Care Coordination, up to $15,000, by March 31.

Care Coordination is a new patient services program that addresses urgent social and behavioral needs that often interfere with a person’s ability to access reproductive and sexual health care: food insecurity, homelessness, substance abuse, transportation issues, intimate partner violence, and more. If someone doesn’t have a safe place to eat or sleep, how can we expect them to take care of their reproductive health needs? Care Coordination is now connecting nearly 100 patients to desperately needed care every week!

We hope you’ll consider making a donation and doubling your impact by March 31. Visit www.planned.org/carecoordination to give today!

Hear more about the Care Coordination Program from Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest’s very own Tessa Hemmi.

*A new donor is anyone who has never before made a donation to Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest. Renewed donors are supporters who have not given in at least 18 months.
