As the end of summer approaches, many of you will be heading back to school, and for some of you, off to college for the first time. It’s an exciting (and potentially overwhelming) time!

We totally understand the back-to-school stress. While you’re getting ready over the next few weeks, we recommend taking a moment to think about your health needs and plans for taking care of yourself at college.
