We're Here to Help
The Planned Parenthood Northern California counseling program was developed in 1980 to meet the need for low fee, short- and long-term counseling. Our goal is to promote healthy individuals, families, and communities.
As individuals and couples move through life, they meet a number of challenges. Planned Parenthood therapists are trained to help with issues such as:
- Stress
- Family Relationships
- Gender and Sexuality
- Initimate Partner Violence

It is our practice to build a supportive therapeutic relationship with each individual and work together with our clients according to their needs and desires. We view our work as a partnership — your wisdom and our professional experience coming together for healing and growth. Together, we can make the progress you are looking for. When specialized mental health services are needed, we can assist in making referrals to other local professionals.
Our Counselors
Our counselors have earned advanced professional degrees in various mental health fields and are licensed by the State of California and/or registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
